Where is Mahalakshmi's abode

 There are many things in Garuda Purana, including heaven, hell, sin, virtue.  It is about knowledge, science, policy, rules, and religion.  In Garuda Purana, there is one and where there is a secret of death there is another and the secret of life is hidden.

                   One of the thousands of things in the Garuda Purana is that if you want to be rich, wealthy, or lucky, you need to wear clean, beautiful, and fragrant clothes.  According to the Garuda Purana, those who wear fragrant clothes are said to lose their good fortune.

                 Lakshmi never dwells in the house where she wears such clothes.  Due to which the house is fortunate to live in poverty.
It is said that those who have a lot of wealth and comforts in their house but wear smelly clothes, their wealth is gradually being destroyed.  So let us wear clean and fragrant clothes, in which we may have the grace of Mahalaxmi above us.
