The stupa-Symbol of peace is calm

Corona infection has disrupted public life in the world. At a time when human life is in danger of extinction, the condition of the assets and public property connected with human life is almost deserted. Neither physicists nor spiritual and religious thinkers have been able to imagine normal conditions.
The government has been working hard to restore normalcy and reduce human losses.

The Buddha Nath Stupa is also quiet due to the lockdown. The peace and happiness you get when you get close to the stupa is the same. The only thing that has changed is the view from the lockdown. Due to the government's crackdown on the spread of the coronavirus, there are not always human crowds in the Bouddhanath area. Those who come in search of peace and happiness in the morning and evening are not seen. Those who enjoy their favorite dishes in restaurants around Bouddhanath are now hostages in their own homes, restaurants are also closed.
The Bouddhanath area of Kathmandu has become unique and boring for the locals."I have never seen such a shocking event, not even during the catastrophic earthquake," said local Lakpa Dorje Sherpa.

The Boudhanath region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a major tourist and religious destination in Nepal. Tourists who make Kathmandu a destination do not miss to visit the Bouddhanath area.

Hotels and restaurants in the area are closed due to frequent lockdowns. The 'Himalayan Java', a confluence of coffee connoisseurs, is completely closed. The 'Road House Cafe', famous for its pizza, is closed. The 'Nani's Kitchen', a continental food of choice, is locked.
Pho Ninety, which has only Vietnamese food in the Bouddhanath area, has also stopped its service.  The shops selling Thanganka, idols, garlands, and other items are also closed here.

Instead, construction and reconstruction have gained momentum in this quiet and secluded time. Shriguru Lakhanga Gumba on the north side of the stupa is undergoing maintenance and painting work. Construction work is also underway at Ghoilisang Peace Park. The soil of the same place was also used to build the Buddha Nath Stupa.
I will come to you through another article about the facts and history of the stupa.
