STATUE OF LORD VISHNU AND GARUDA-INDONESIA

It is the tallest statue of Lord Vishnu in the world. It is located in Indonesia. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Garuda, this temple is 122 meters (400 feet) high. This statue is about 30 meters taller than the Statue of Liberty.

           

                      Not only is it a statuary, the Muslim nation of Indonesia has preserved its oldest art culture, the monastery.  Ancient monasteries like Borobudur temple, Sewe Temple, Plaosan temple, Kalasan temple, Candi Jawi, Candi Ceto, Candi Lumbang, Surawana temple, Batujaya temple have become the center of attraction for the whole world. Not only Nepali, Indian Hindus but people from all over the world go there to enjoy the attractive and captivating scenery. The population of Hindus around the island of Bali is very high. Although Indonesia is a Muslim nation, it is an Asian nation that is moving forward on the path of progress with the equality of all religions.
